My Story
Hi, I’m Elise—Registered Dietitian, Integrative Health Expert, Founder, and Mama of six.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s in Integrative Health—with a trauma focus—in December 2023 while 39 weeks pregnant.

For the past eight years, I’ve been immersed in functional and integrative wellness—helping women uncover the root causes of their health challenges and equipping them with practical, restorative tools rooted in faith, science, and real-life education.

I’m the founder of Elevated Integrative Wellness (formerly Eating, Elevated), a Christ-centered clinic with two thriving Minnesota locations. What began as a small private practice has grown into a full-service integrative wellness center offering muscle testing, therapeutic modalities, functional labs, and lifestyle education—led by a compassionate, highly skilled team. Watching this vision expand has been humbling, but deeply beautiful.

I also founded Golden Hour, a holistic tanning and wellness studio that redefines what it means to be “closer to nature.” We pair sun-inspired therapies with a clean, endocrine-safe approach, helping clients restore vitality without compromise.
I have a deep passion for education—teaching anyone willing to listen that their body is not broken; it’s simply communicating that something is out of balance. This passion has led me to become a recognized provider and speaker for Cellcore, Standard Process, and other companies who share the mission of restoring true health.

My philosophy is simple: the body can heal when given the right conditions. My work is dedicated to creating those conditions—whether through nutrition, functional support, emotional healing, or faith-led encouragement.
At the end of the day, my most important role is at home—raising six bold, faith-filled, kind, and self-aware kids with my incredible husband. We’re not perfect, but we’re deeply committed to breaking generational cycles and cultivating joy, humility, and freedom—together.

If you’re looking to collaborate, join our mission, or learn more about what we’re building, I’d love to connect.
