AK Intensive Training
Elevated AK Trainings are immersive, in-person trainings designed to teach practitioners how to use Applied Kinesiology as a precise, ethical clinical assessment tool. Hosted Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, the three-level system guides practitioners from foundational muscle testing and practitioner neutrality (Level 1), into functional pattern recognition and system stress assessment (Level 2), and ultimately into advanced clinical integration for complex and chronic cases (Level 3). Each level builds depth, discernment, and confidence—connecting structure, nutrition, stress, neurology, and energy—so practitioners can identify true barriers to healing, prioritize findings, and create individualized, effective care plans rooted in integrity and clinical mastery.
AK Level 1: Foundations of Applied Kinesiology - $750
March 26th & 27th from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Level 1 lays the groundwork for understanding the body through muscle testing as a clinical assessment tool. Practitioners learn proper testing mechanics, indicator muscles, basic challenges, and how to interpret neuromuscular responses with accuracy and integrity. This level focuses on building confidence, consistency, and discernment while introducing core concepts of structure, nutrition, and stress. Emphasis is placed on ethical testing, practitioner neutrality, and establishing a strong clinical “yes/no.”
AK Level 2: Functional Patterns & System Stress- $850
April 16th & 17th from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Level 2 expands muscle testing into functional assessment of organ systems, nutritional deficiencies, and stress patterns affecting healing. Practitioners learn to identify interference fields, inflammatory drivers, metabolic stressors, and neuro-emotional components that block progress. This level connects physiology with real-world symptoms, teaching how to prioritize findings and create more targeted, efficient protocols. Clinical reasoning and pattern recognition become central themes.
AK Level 3: Advanced Barriers, Mitochondria & Clinical Integration- $950
May 7th & 8th from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Level 3 focuses on advanced barriers to healing, including mitochondrial dysfunction, neurological stress, hormonal dysregulation, and complex chronic cases. Practitioners refine testing depth, sequencing, and clinical intuition while learning to identify why the body is not responding despite “doing the right things.” This level emphasizes practitioner mastery, business documentation, and patient empowerment through lifestyle, diet, and individualized care plans. The goal is confident integration of AK into high-level clinical decision-making.
