My Story
My journey into holistic health began in a moment of profound personal crisis. In 2017, I witnessed my father collapse and require CPR. The incident was like a wake-up call, where I discovered God as the healer and explored the depths of health and preventative care with a newfound lens.
This pivotal experience guided me to Applied Kinesiology, a method that dives deep into the root causes of health issues rather than just alleviating symptoms. Struggling personally with severe period cramps and a doctor's prescription for birth control, I discovered that Applied Kinesiology offered a transformative alternative that addressed my underlying health concerns. My successful personal journey with Applied Kinesiology quickly led to a role working as a patient advocate, where I embraced the opportunity to help others achieve similar results.
Inspired by these experiences, I pursued a degree in Public Health with a focus in Holistic Health, enriching my expertise and deepening my commitment to preventative care. My certification in FEMM (Fertility Education Medical Management) allows me to offer specialized insights into women’s cycles and fertility.
