We offer a 45 minute Functional Lab Consultation with our nurse liaison, Carli, to help assess your goals and determine the best lab options for you.

Duration: 45 min Video or Phone Call
Cost: $50 - if you move forward with labs this will be a $50 dollar lab credit,

if you do not, this will not be reimbursed.

A functional interpretation of your results delivered in the form of a recorded video by Ellie Anderson, MHS, RDN, owner and lead practitioner at Elevated Integrative Wellness.
Highlight of key patterns, trends, and any values outside the optimal range.
Clear, actionable insights to help you understand what your results mean and which next steps may be most beneficial for supporting your health.

Written Summary - $75

Clear, typed synopsis prepared after our nurse team reviews your results with a qualified professional.
A highlight of your clinically relevant results, with straight forward feedback and recommendations in a PDF form.
Straightforward, actionable guidance without the need for a full follow up.

Labs Only

Receive your lab results directly from Vibrant America or Rupa.
No interpretation included, other than those that are included with the tests themselves.
Best for clients who prefer to review results on their own or with another provider
No additional costs.
